Overview:
We undertake the machining of custom car parts
in a range of decorative materials including
aluminium, stainless steel, copper, bronze
and brass.
Replication:
We specialise in the custom CNC machine replication for car parts such as gear knobs, petrol caps,
window winders and handbrake handles. If you
have a component that you would like replaced
then feel free to bring it into us and we will
replicate it in the material of your choice.
Modifications:
Modifications can be carried out on components to suit requirements. The wheel hub to the right was purchased from the USA for a custom hot rod in the UK but it didnt work correctly so we were approached to carry out some machining modifications.
Plastic Car Parts:
For the car enthusiast keen to look at every detail
of their custom car project we allow the option
to replace virtually any plastic component in
your car with a heavy duty metal replacement.
No matter what model of car, be it a Ford or
a Rolls Royce we can replace plastic car components
with metal components, all we need is the original
plastic part.
Restorations:
If you are restoring a classic, vintage or just a plain old car we can help you replace those those hard to find car parts. Virtually any component can be machined.
Specialist Engineering:
As a small dynamic precision engineering company we can apply ourselves to a wide range of complex processes. The engine block and piston to the right were used for scientific experiments and needed a number of machined adjustments carried out for instrumentation and functional purposes.
Finishing:
Custom car parts can be finished any way you like including powder coating for steel, alocroming for aluminium, electroplating or polishing etc.
