1 Sabre Cincinnati Milacron 1000 capable of producing prototype & high volume components to very precise limits. X: 1016mm. Y: 508mm. Z: extended. Large tool library, 22 station machine, 10k rpm, 1280 ipm.

Our CNC machining centre allows us to carry out milling, boring, drilling, tapping and screw cutting to close tolerances with high precision. The machine is high torque which allows the rapid removal of metal by taking larger and heavier cuts during the machining process. The extended Z allows larger capacity under the cutter which means we can machine tall and awkward components.

1 Bridgeport EZ Trak DX Milling Machine.

The Bridgeport milling centre is ideal for light materials including aluminium, copper and brass for jobs such as electrodes, aircraft components and precision engineered items for the motor industry. The Bridgeport uses an EZ Trak NC system which allows a high degree of repeatability and accuracy, ideal for a whole range of sub-contract engineering applications.

1 Rambaudi Universal Milling Machine M.S.3 with XYZ D.R.O.

The Rambaudi Milling machine is equipped with an indexable milling head ideal for larger and heavier work up to 2m in length. The mill offers both horizontal and vertical milling & boring, has a 90° head attachement which allows us to machine jobs such as sideplates and castings in awkward positions and is also kitted with a large dividing head and rotory table.

1 TOS FNK 25 Turret Mill with D.R.O.

The TOS FNK mill is ideal for carrying out light work quickly due to its quick traverse and xyz readout system.
